     I believe everybody is capable of having and want everybody to have a strong and healthy body. My passion is to help you get to your fitness goals by designing an individualized workout plan for you and guiding you through it. I want you to feel powerful and in control of your life and body.

     I have been a certified personal trainer since 2020. I grew up dancing which gave me the discipline to get things done and knowledge of the body. I had my injuries growing up and cross-trained with pilates and physical therapy. As I grew up, I started to try new things and fell in love with kickboxing, running, and lifting heavy. But everything starts with the right form to prevent injury.

I want you to enjoy your workout and I come to you as part of my service. I keep re-educating myself to stay up to date with the current science. When it comes to anything like exercise, it’s 80% mental, and 20% physical. I help my clients have the correct form, training plan, and mental attitude to achieve the best versions of themselves. I truly love seeing my clients grow, conquer, and become better versions of themselves and the happiness it brings them. It drives me to be the best personal trainer I can be.

Raised for the most part in the Bay Area of Palo Alto, I also love traveling, spending time with my cats and brother, and trying new things. I couldn't live without laughing.
